I have been using Anatesco since 1988 and the first time was on several pumping wells in Laurel, Mississippi. Their test results had determined we had some out of balance situations on 5 of our pumping units. We balanced those units and saw an immediate savings of $900.00 per month. Furthermore, we identified wells with high pumping fluid levels and the potential to move more fluid, therefore more oil. I have had tremendous success using the D-Jax "Penny Pincher" pump-off controllers which have 1) lowered our utility bill, 2) reducing rod, tubing and pump wear with less run time, therefore reducing work over rig expense, & 3) we have been able to increase our oil or gas production due to maximizing our pumping efficiency. I also have found their data to be reliable and always helpful in finding an intricate problem. It should be noted that when we thought we had a mechanical problem, we used Anatesco and their dynamometer test to determine the real cause, opposed to calling a truck out to test the tubing. I have discovered that while trying to solve an issue with a well and through Anatesco’s services and suggestions, I learn something unexpectedly beneficial to help improve production or effectiveness of our operation as an independent Texas oil & gas producer.
